Parameters

$names : array<int, string>: the header (or generated names) - known even when no data row follows
$rows : array<int, array<string|int, mixed>>: the rows of the records that are not corrupted
$cells : array<int, array<int, mixed>>: the raw cells of every row, keyed by its 1-based number in the sheet
$wholeSheet : bool: the range reached the last row of the grid, so $rows IS the sheet and a read can be served from it instead of fetching the same rows again
$gridRowCount : int: the rows the grid allocates - an upper bound on the rows it holds
